Uhh I don't see why you would want to do that but, just delete the faces (flat sides) then select the two borders you've created by doing so and press 'cap'. That should create a face that links to every vertex of the border. (note, two borders give two faces so don't worry)

I just said why I need to do that. The edges are open and tool will not let the model pass into halo until they are sealed.

Can you take care of this for me? I've already sent you the model previously. My current schedule is too hectic to this right now. But I should be able to do some hardcore bsp production and a few surprises I have in store.

I am sorry to report I have destabilized the relative speed of some photons, which caused an immediate singularity to form. Then, the singularity pulled itself away from the space-time continuum and destroyed a local trailer park. I hope my insurance covers this.

Uhh did I get this weapon in particular?

And btw, weapons can have open edges. Bsps and Scenery cannot. Just look at the standard halo weapon .gbxmodels they've got so many open edges it's actually quite insane.

Yes, I believe you did. I sent you them because my gbximporter was having problems importing them for some stupid reason and you performed a direct .3ds conversion for me.

And obviously I know weapons can have open edges, Maarten, I am not retarded. With this particular model (longsword) it was done incorrectly according to tool.exe. And the hole in the center doesn't really look all that attractive anyways.
